I usually wear mine, but today I dressed up (going to to a funeral after work) so I wore gloves gloves, so can't wear em in the office, too bulky.

Don't get me wrong. Arizona is a nice place 'n all but...not Alaska. Can't see Denali on the horizon from there. Besides, I don't want to live anywhere the temperature gets halfway to the boiling point of water!

The scenery in Alaska is great but I would say who wants to live in a place where getting above 32 degrees is the start of Spring. This winter has proven to me that I'd rather sweat then shiver!

I remember those summer days in Yuma AZ where the temps would be 119 in the day and 101 at midnight. In my old 98 Chevy Silverado that had no running AC... great times.

Both of my wives have been AZ girls. I lived in the valley for a little less than a year back in the 70's. Winter was paradise, summer was hell. It is a beautiful state and offers any climate a person could want.

A Mississippi boy who got tired of high summer temps and worse humidity, that's who! I can dress up for winter but I can get only so nekkid when it's hot.

And we don't have Spring. Our seasons are Breakup, Construction, and Winter.

We visited Alaska a couple of years ago and I really had a hard time coming back. Loved everything about the Kenai Peninsula and up towards Denali. I don't blame you for never wanting to leave @PetersCreek

Nah, park in San Luis and walk across. It’s better than waiting in line to get back in.

Trick to summer is to pretend you are not baking in 110 plus degrees. But it is a dry heat.

Not all of Arizona is Hot & Dry. Flagstaff is like the SNOW belt with sub - zero tempetures.

Then Flagstaff is not for me, I prefer Phoenix or Tucson.

Wife won't move because there are Turantulas and Scorpions, I told her that's what the Orkin man is for.
