I went to lunch last week with a Contractor that is looking to get on our bidders list. During the coarse of the conversation I mentioned that I was a cigar smoker and he allowed that he was as well.

So the next day he delivers a full box of Cohiba Rerserva Torpedos and a full box of Trinidad Rubustos!!!

I was stunned! After a few days in the freezer and refrigerator they will be taking a special place in the ol' humi!!

And yes, he will be on the new bidders list! (He was qualified anyway, but the smokes didn't hurt!!) =0)

None of those have ever been in regular production, IIRC. Unless you're talking about the Cohiba Piramides EL '06 (10 ct. box) or the Cohiba Piramides EL '01 (25 ct. box) and the Trinidad Robusto Extra.

I dont think Cohiba Piramides ELs have ever come in a 25 count box. :hanghead:

I am not familiar enough with Cohibas to know if it is a Piramides EL or not. The box says Reserva on a band on the box and on the Cigars.
And the box says Torpedos. The code on the back says LIN ENE 08.

I have scutinized the bands against some known counterfeits. I am no expert but they look pretty good.

Also i think that the box would say "pyramides" and not "torpedos" if they were real.....

I just know that Habanos S.A. never made a 25ct. box of Cohiba Reserva Piramides. I didn't have to look at the box to know they were fake.
