I've seen "10 things" web pages like this before. Usually it's a list of common sense on the topic with no data sources that someone could just create in five minutes. And you have to step through multiple pages, all of course surrounded by ads.
Interesting how that works.

A "filler article." Fast and easy to write and gets some eyes for advertising revenue. Usually a waste of time for anyone who's even remotely familiar with the topic.
