Nice score brother my advice would be go get another stone to age because that one fresh is going to be a hot boozy mess imo.

Oh really? Great to know, I'll go ahead and pull it out and stick it next to my home brews and forget about it. How long would you recommend aging before opening her up?

If it was me I would let it rest for at least 3 months.

You know what beer i think has a cough drop like medicinal sweetness is the Weyerbacher Riserva. Even that bottle from 2012 I traded you still had that sweet almost artificial cough drop flavor.
