What's the ratio of the OWA/W12 blend? I'd like to try that.4-6 weeks, ideally. There is also a blend of OWA with W12 that approaches Pappy, but I havent tried it.

Yes, 60:40 OWA:W12 is the SB blend I see most, but I've seen a lot of versions, all the way up to 2:1 W12 to OWA. Depends on how much oak you want in the final product.What's the ratio of the OWA/W12 blend? I'd like to try that.

I have just finished aging the same 60/40 in a 2 liter barrel and it is Delish........ I have GTS, THH, and WLW and I rather this above them all..... Have not have any one the Pappy's but this is GREAT
