lol it happens! and I concur that customer service makes the difference. In my line of work there are at least 100 other stores in the stl area that do what I do but my customer service makes the difference and keeps me steady
Nice, and who do you work for?

Is it weird I still use an accountant despite being on w2s for years now? Made sense when everything was 1099 but now it's just so convenient
Wife and I still use an accountant, have been for years. Made an appointment back in December, we go in March. It's just less stressful doing it this way, no long lines or waiting for hours, we walk in, sit down with her for 45 mins and were done.

Same thing here. 110.00 dollars and she raises it 5 dollars every other year. I could care less. She's s professional and goes over everything that I may have missed even though every year I do a "dry run" of all things gained and lost during the year. I've also lost on land sales and one other so she fills out all the forms necessary to show I won't have to pay on capital gains. (Stocks/bonds sales) It takes about 30 mins in and out.

Midwest!
This is my first year doing it without help from the family accountant. Should be fun, especially since I gave the gubment a sizable interest-free loan this year.

Thank God for whisky.

Talk me out of buying a new F-150. I drive a Ram 1500 right now. Need a new pick up but might just stick with what works with the Ram.

It's easy have you seen the new ford? hahahah jk! The new models are more expensive due to the aluminum. They will also have higher insurance cost due to aluminum being more expensive to repair and they still don't touch the ram on fuel economy. And if that's not good enough make a trip to come see me and I'll sell you one below invoice then take all the rebates off of it!

Stop by the Chevy dealership. Boom, done.
The new Chevys are sharp. I sold Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Srt Ford Buick Chevy and Gm at the last dealer I was at

Yeah so we are part of the whole "lets just go to block" group. It works. Costs 90 bucks but we get a decent refund. I have a kid with my ex and we get to claim him every other year. And me and my current wife have already made sure that no more will be coming. But everything we get back is going toward a new roof. Sadly when you are a home owner improving your house makes you happy.

Just had Lowes come out and do an estimate today. You know its gonna be done right and they were actually about the same as just contractors plus what we dont have cash we can charge. It helps.

Get a home equity line of credit for the cost of contractor or Lowe's to do the roof replacement.. What you pay in interest can be claimed on your next years taxes on a Heloc....... Credit cards not so much. And your going to get pummeled on interest (on the cc Vs. a Heloc.)
