Problem is that we have not been in the house long enough to get the heloc. We talked about that.

How long do you have to wait until you qualify for your heloc? It used to be that you could apply did it the day after you closed!

My wife used to work for a bank selling those kind of things. So I took her word for it when she looked at the mortgage statement and said we would not be able to get enough. That is what I would like to do to be honest. If somebody knows something I dont please speak up.
