We celebrate small down here. My mother in flies out from CA for the week. And then its just the 4 of us. She is "gluten free" not because of medical need, but because its "the right thing".
Luckily for us, we outnumber her so we just make what we want and she alters small portions for herself.

Mine went on the Weber about a half-hour ago:

Wet brined for 12 hours, loosely stuffed with traditional herbs and clementines, light apple wood smoke.
