My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, especially your Dad, through this terrible time. Glad the operation was successful. I lost my best friend from this 5 years ago.

I'm a new guy, Kelly, but that is heavy duty stuff, and my sincere hope that thing will work out to be better than the average for your dad's case. Sincere best.

Kelly,

Like PsychoBob, I'm new to the board as well. I completely understand what you and your family must going through right now.

It sounds as if you have a pretty tight-knit family, which will do more for his recovery and morale than anything else.

Sincerest best wishes.

UR.

Again, thank you for al the great comments, thoughts and prayers. I am glad to say that my dad is coming home tomorrow. So I will be headed home to Wausau Weds morning to spend a few days with him while he continues to heal up. Then after that I am assuming that he will look into treatment options. But I'm happy he has made it this far. So I just hope for the best here in the near future. thanks again to all the great brother on this board.

I have had several brothers ask me how my father is, so I thought I would simply put it up for you guys. My dad came home on tues last week so I spent the rest of the week at home with him looking after him. He is sore and tired a lot. He doesn't have much of an appitite so he eat little. Other than that things look very positive for him. So I will get an update later this week after he goes in to talk to a Oncologist about his treatment options. I'm hoping for my fatherthat he might only need some Chemo to kill any lingering cancer cells. So thank you to all the brothers for your kind words, prayers and you willingness to let me ramble on about things. It was nice to have you guys behind me. Thanks to all..

Kelly so sorry to hear this bro, I just read your post. My wifes Mom is going through some nasty uterine cancer that was thought to have gone away and now is back. She is fighting but you just never know? My prayers are with you bro and your Dad needs his Donk:grin:
