I posted in the wrong thread earlier.

Had a HdM Epicure from 03 at the Cigar Den this afternoon. What a great cigar.

Saturday smokes.

I decided to have me a non-cuban tonight so I picked out an Ashton VSG sun grown and enjoyed that while listening to my ipod out in the back yard.

Thought it was going to be a little harsh by the pre-light (and a little sweet) but it had pretty smooth smoke, nice robust flavor.

i had a herf lineup today,
started off with a hdm le hoy du gormet
then a cohiba esplendido
h upmann sir winston
finally, a VR don alejandro

i was a bit light headed after all those smokes but it was worth it in the presence of good folks.

Just finished yet another room unpacking in the new house (my office, of course). Got the cigar pictures & desktop humidors in place and it looked like a good time to break out a Cohiba Double Corona. It went really nicely after Veal Parmigana my wife made for dinner (oh yeah we got her kitchen unpacked too....before my office....go figure:nodlaugh: ).

Well it seemed like a fitting cigar for a monumentus occasion.

Or mid passover for the Jews.

I haven't pulled anything out yet but I am thinking of that mid 70s ERDM that Todd sent me.

I may have to light up the same one. Mark gave me a mid 70's ERDM at our last poker game.

Just smoked an RyJ Exhibition #4. This was my first #4 and I must say, I was impressed. It was from '04, and was a marvelous smoke. Highly recommended.

Went with an aged R&J from the Tubaman that I sparked up when i took my mom home after dinner. I had about an hour drive to western part of the county to look at a truck and trailer I am trading for.
I waited till the cigar was done before I got out of the truck before I looked at the truck and trailer. I did not want any distractions.:starrylov
