Since Frank came over to watch the Fuente DVDs with me, it was only appropriate that we smoke Fuente cigars. I smoked a Arturo Fuente Canones maduro.

It friggin SUCKED! :argh:

It was so sickeningly sweet that I almost put it down within the first inch. Ugh. I fought through it tho and after a while it became tolerable, but never enjoyable. That's the first--and most likely last--Canones I've smoked, and the first Fuente I didn't thoroughly enjoy.

I had the pleasure of smoking a bowl of a fine McCrainie's Red Ribbon from the '83 crop that was gifted to me by a great bro. Excellent smoke. Mellow, sweet and cool burning.

Had a rack of lamb at the brew pub tonight. It was Jazz Night tonight as well and after dinner I smoked a nice La Gloria Cubana Medaille D'Or No. 1 from '02 with some bourbon and cool jazz.

A pretty old Puros Indios Reserva Maxima, and a couple bowls of shisha.
The cigar isn't the best, but it's really creamy and I like it.

Morning All. Just got to work and smoked a bowl of McClelland's Blackwoods Flake on the way in. Very nice, although it may have been a heavy choice for so early in the day. Very smooth and cool smoke.

Nothing so far. With half a break, I'll grab a stick at lunch time, probably a LFD Double Ligero Chisel  .
