Since this is the 67 rememberance of Pearl Harbor and all the lives killed serving this country, I am smoking a Special cigar to pay tribute. I have been up since 4am, so now I am smoking a Opus Forbidden X Lancero.

We will never forget the service of all those brave men and women who died at Pearl Harbor, nor will we ever forget any soldier, sailor, air force, Marine, coasty, fireman, or cop who died in the line of duty.

Tubaman was kind enough to drop me at JFK at about 9:30 and I was able to standby for an earlier flight giving me an hour to go all the way outside and try to woof down a smoke in 30 minutes or wait all freaking day for a cigar. I was thinking I would have to waste most of a big stick but hey gotta do what you gotta do. Opened my 15 count otterbox and there.....resting like a jewel right on top was the little Cruzado that Whitelightening slipped to me at the last minute as we were leaving Havana Dreams the night before. What an awesome little cigar. Eddie's gift made my whole flight bearable. Thanks man! Had a Cojonu 2003 on the drive home to finish off a great trip.

The wife and kids passed out early and I had a little solo party in the man cave. A bottle of 1999 Hacienda Cabernet, a big glass of ice water. AN Oliva V lancero, followed by a Cruzado (the corona size), World Poker Tour Marathon. It was the 6th when I started but I didn't go to bead until about 2 Am, with my head spinning from the wine and smokes.

Went to the lounge last night and started off with a 2001 Punch SS2 then tried a 2008 H. Upmann Regalia and finished off with a 2006 Boli CJ.
