This sucks...the wind is blowing like a South Dallas Hooker - I don't like to smoke in high winds. Ruins the experience for me and I don't smoke inside. DAMN - and it's 80degrees out, too!
Garage? Shop? The garage/shop is my domain so I can smoke any time of year.

Nope, we don't smoke in it either. The wind should die down in an hour or so, I'm just in a crappy mood today and need a smoke!

Brad,

We don't mind an ocassional picture posted at the end of each post but as much as I like the pic you keep posting, it makes your post very large. That is one of the reasons we don't allow images in the sig lines. Thanks for your understanding.

I had a good friend come to the house, Theyhad just come back from a trip to Jamaica. We had some wine, and some drinks, and they gave me a Cohiba Splendido. Man that was a nice good smoke, and hanging out with friends I hardly get together with made it better. :smokingme

Had a WOAM at Little Taste of Cuba in Princeton. Great smoke, nubbed that sucker.
Great little B&M Tom! I've been to the one in New Hope, PA. They are one of the few B&M's that carry the Paul Garmirian line of cigars. If you haven't tried one yet you should give it a shot. Try the Gourmet series first

Ah, I have been to the one in new hope. Small humidor but they have a good selection. I think I am going to stop by the Princeton store this week so I will see if they have them.

Today I fired up a Monte D EL that Mr. Klugman gave to me for the November lotto. This was the second EL i have smoked to-date and I am not too sure I like the extra dark wrappers they put on them. I subscribe to the thought that a "maduro" wrapper is treated so I won't call it maduro but it was definitely different from your everyday habano wrapper.

This cigar was much 'heavier' and 'thicker' tasting then I expected from a Montecristo dalia. Overall it was enjoyable but very tannic, understandably. The tannins created an almost overwhelming peppery spice or 'bite' to the cigar.

I feel pretty safe about going on the record saying this cigar had a lot of potential for the future and should be a rather delicious cigar in three years or so.

Thanks again for the chance to try one of these Dave.

What are you guys smoking today?

QdO Panetalas - GREAT smoke. If I smoke more of these and get the same results, they could easilly become a goto for me. Super impressed. I admit, I don't know the age though.
