Been a rough couple months for gym time, but diet and extra activity at work, I'm down to ~180! Did make the gym yesterday for a light chest and cardio workout. Now to make it a habit again!

Still have a pulled muscle in my back. I haven't really had time to heal up because of work.

I did manage 3x5 left handed kettlebell clean and presses with 30lbs today though.
