Any of you guys lift weights, I used to live by the iron, but recently just lost the bug.
yup true statement, its easy to stack the wrong things and get negitive results. ive studied this over and over.. and with a good CEE(buffered creitine that WONT just pump you full of water untill your off) and a good light(lower calorie)whey protein you can drop 5% bodyfat and gain 10lbs of pure lean muscle with proper diet of coarse oh and mixing a good glutemine with your protien shakes (reduces muscle soreness and helps speed muscle production).. haha i love nutrition stuffI'm just a protein guy myself. I take some whey after the workout and some casien at night. You can REALLY go overboard on supps if you don't watch yourself. I find that a steady diet is the best thing for me.
Pardon my ignorance, but what does that position entail?Hey guys, I'm a exercise physiologist.

I was just wondering what you do day in and day out. Sounds like a fun job from reading about it
I totally agree. If I don't lift regularly, I often find myself getting a little depressed. My mood is always worse if I don't lift for a while. It really is a mind booster.
