Maybe it's just me, but until I saw the photo shopped version your boy child looked like a cross between a goat and a squid with wings. I have been shown alot of those pictures, and they all look the same.

Next time tell the doctor you want the child to be holding todays newspaper, with the date clearly visible. Otherwise they could just be showing you a picture of a child they looked at last week....
