Week 19 Update
I was informed today that I am supposed to do the following 2 things:
1. Stop swearing since the baby can hear me.
2. Talk to her stomach.
I plan on conducting an experiment that entails determining just exactly how much beer does it take to make me speak to her stomach without feeling like a dumb ass. I will report the results next week.

Week 23 Update
My apologies for neglecting this thread. So...an update you shall have.
Heather is doing fine. The due date has been bumped from July 11th to July 5th. She is carrying high and the doctor thinks she will be pretty uncomfortable the final month. Due to that, they bumped it a week earlier and scheduled a C section. I am happy about that since we will know the exact date. I sorta feel bad that she will be sore afterwards but not enough to really lose any sleep over it. As a matter of fact, I don't feel bad...I lied.
I put baby furniture together this week. For a awhile I felt like a monkey doing a freakin math problem but I perservered.
She has been eating well. As a matter of fact, I think I got 1 damn cookie from the 6 boxes of Girl Scout cookies I bought from my students.
I have not talked to the tummy yet. I am saving that for month 6 and on. That is next week so I have been practicing and I have become pretty damn good. I can mix a drink in 3.2 seconds now.
Note to self: When running into one of her girlfriends at the grocery store, don't tell wife that you saw her and she looked good. So good you would have done her on the deli counter. If this advice is neglected, atleast don't make reference to a body part as "salami" and laugh since you mentioned the deli counter as the scene of the crime. Wife finds no humor in this.
