Anyone have a specific bean they grind for espresso? I’ve tried some of the big names and compared them to a local roaster here in Cleveland but i never quite get the rich creaminess I’m looking for.

You know that this would be a perfect place for a cup of Makin Bacon in the morning!

I can tell you got the right city by the color of the bricks in the side of the building, and the stairs are red, but there's lots of red stairs in this town. Other than that, I don't know where that is.

I am getting ready to try this after dinner. Ordered the 4 pack sampler from these guys. I have heard good things. We'll see.

Ruby is excellent! There was a shop in Portland (honestly probably the most "with it" coffee town in 'merkah) that would go apeshit when they could get some Ruby in.

Huehuetango is probably the best guat coffee. It's fresh crop season, I have my eyes out for a super fruity Kenyan for single origin and a guat and Tanzanian to blend for aeropress/espresso.

I really enjoyed this first pot of this coffee, Ruby's Guatemala Asdelfor. Very bright fruit notes (it really is a bit like strawberry) on an underlying core of sweetness with just a bit of earthiness. Great cup. Looking forward to trying the others.
