I'm the Chief of Police of a university police department. Been in law enforcement for 17 years, first as a patrol deputy and K-9 handler for a local Sheriff's Office before coming to the university 5 years ago. They'll have to drag me away from here kicking and screaming. I got married for the second time around last year (1st anniversary is next Friday... I remembered.) We have 5 kids between us, ranging from 21 to 6, 2 grandchildren, plus one very big dog and a bunny rabbit. I married a Texan and there's never a dull moment at our house. :help:

(And oh yeah- I usually call it "The War of Northern Aggression," but I wanted to make sure the Yankee BOTL's understood.) :assaultri
During baseball season, I add MLB to my list. Been a huge Red Sox fan, since the days of Yaz and Pudge. Needless to say, I'm still freakin' out about the Red Sox World Series win, no... Series DOMINATION last year.
Lessee- cigars, books, Civil War, Red Sox. Yep... that's pretty much it.
Good lord, I sound like a geek. Well... I guess the shoe fits, and my wife would agree.
