Killer looking pretzels. Did you do anything special to get the beautiful coloring? Like a pickling lime or lie solution? Need to make brezels now. Thanks.

Boiled them in 3qts water, 2/3c baking soda for 30 seconds. Brushed with an egg wash, then baked
