Picked up Dogfish Head Immort Ale and Maker's 46. My local shop finally started carrying the 46 after a long wait.

I stopped at four because I was being cautious of my ever increasing tab but when I got the check it turns out it was $2.70 craft drafts all night. Damn!
Remind me to give you a call the next time I'm in the Queen City!

Walked into one of the local establishments today and imagine my surprise when I see two bottles of Southern Tier Pumking sitting on the shelf. Oh yeah, today is a good day!!

Picked up some Glenmorangie Port finish last night. One of my Wife's favorites:
Oh man. Nice score. I like the Quinta Ruban (The current port wood finished whisky in their line). The old Port Wood Finish was much better though, so nice pickup.

Ran to grab a few bottles for an east coast BOTLer when what do my eyes behold... a bottle from a few years back, at its original MSRP! You can tell its good when there is a ton of dust on the top...

Very excited about this as I had finished a bottle off not to long ago, so I'm very happy to replace it.

Also, grabbed a couple of brews... more bacon...

Balcones Cask Strength Rumble and some Arran St. Emilion Cask!!! Whee!
It's nice to know that Balcones finally released the Rumble Cask Strength. That is a very good bottle of brandy. I tasted a lot of barrel samples of this release back in November of 2010, and it was phenomenal. Now I got to go out and get me a bottle of the stuff.

Have you tried the "1" Single Malt? Excellent single malt IMHO.

Have not tried it yet. My neighborhood Spec's was out as of Saturday, but told me they'd be getting more in after the 1st. I'm currently sitting on a Brimstone and True Blue at the house as well, though, so I should be able to make it 'til then.

Actually, I worked for Spec's a few years back when Balcones was just going to market and have hung out with Chip and Stephen a good bit, so I got to try some early release cask rumble/true blue as well.

Burned a few sticks with Chip on a couple of occasions, but lost touch with them now that I'm outta the shop. I always liked those guys, and I'm glad to hear that they're getting some recognition and expanding their operation.

That Bacon beer looks like something I need to try. Checked Bevmo and totalwine. Where are you getting your liquor?
