I did Chest, Back, and a little bit of Shoulder work yesterday.
Warmup was 15mins on Treadmill, and 15mins on Elliptical.


Haven't gone to the gym yet today, but I will do Shoulders,
Biceps, and Triceps.
Excel, 30 sets in the morning and 18 heavy at night. :devil::)Did chest today. Arms are more like sponge cake......lol

Technically this is tomorrow's workout, but since I have to be up at four thirty a.m. I doubt I'll spend time on the computer before I go.

Although I have run this distance before, it was 15 years ago and never in an organized race. In fact, the last road race I ran was in 1998 and was only a little over 8 miles long. Should you feel so inclined as to wish me luck, I'd be happy to take it. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little nervous about this one. :)

Lots of beer and good cigars for the rest of the day for sure (assuming I finish)

I know I have been slacking in this area. Enjoying the nice nights to smoke and drink on my deck to much to get up early. But enough of that back to the Gym it is.

Chest today feel pretty good see how tomorrow feels though.

Cant let this thread get to the third page again got to keep people motivated on here.

Been boxing and kickboxing three times a week lately. Mixing up off days with crossfit WODs and runs.

Still fat, but hella stronger. The strength gains are tremendous and my legs are getting ripped!

I usually take summers off and this summer has been no different as I travel to much that I lose as much as I gain while traveling. My travel schedule is tapering back and have been lightly lifting to ease back into it, mostly body weight things, Pull Ups, reverse pull-ups, pushups, dips, curls and tricep extensions. Some squats mixed in and a little running.

Some may not like the idea, but I'm going to run a cycle of PH and PCT in about a month, just didn't see the gains I wanted last year when I was in the gym so going to get a little help this year. Nothing to harsh and taking full on cycle and post cycle support.
