I usually take summers off and this summer has been no different as I travel to much that I lose as much as I gain while traveling. My travel schedule is tapering back and have been lightly lifting to ease back into it, mostly body weight things, Pull Ups, reverse pull-ups, pushups, dips, curls and tricep extensions. Some squats mixed in and a little running.
Some may not like the idea, but I'm going to run a cycle of PH and PCT in about a month, just didn't see the gains I wanted last year when I was in the gym so going to get a little help this year. Nothing to harsh and taking full on cycle and post cycle support.
