One of my personal... "characteristics" is that I like to research the crap out of a new hobby, create notes, etc.
For a few months, I've been using "Cigar Boss Pro" on my iPad to keep a running tally of what is in my humidor. I really like it but there are a couple of major drawbacks to it. Specifically, it doesn't maintain a history. Once I no longer have a cigar in my humi and I remove it from the app, there is no way to go back and remember what I've had.
Other than that, I like the app because it is so easy to "add" a cigar to the count because it has a huge database that I can choose from. But the inability to go back later and see what I used to have (including tasting notes) is a big issue for me.
So here is my question: for those of you who keep notes, what are you using and/or how are you doing it?
Thanks!
