ODF in my Sav. Need to order another tin but some HU tins are on my list first.
Ordered some HU tobacco a couple months back and it doesn't dissapoint. Hans is a real pleasant guy to deal with and makes some great tobacco.
Hu tobacco? What is this u speak of

You can see their reviews on tobaccoreviews.com as well. German blender. Supposed to have some big flavor. A few guys I know rank the dockworker in their top 5 consistently, and while it's subjective, they haven't led me wrong yet.

HU is a pricy tobacco but worth every penny. Definately in my top list of tobaccos. Dockworker is good, fayyum Kake is probably my favorite, being a lat lover. Saying a lot considering the vast majority of my cellar is lat blends from Dunhill, esoterica, smokers haven & H&H. Reminds me I need to order more!

after a lost city, figured i would just give up cigars for the night. uhle's perfection plug burley in another no name for meertober:

i have heard uhle's makes some amazing burleys, and now i know why. while it comes mostly cube cut, and was a bear to get going, it was AMAZINGLY rich, nutty, a little creamy, and more than a little strong. damn good. this was a wee sample tossed in by deckardjk in our n00b trade, and i am thankful for the opportunity to try it, sir. o)

Not a great picture, but I'm smoking three folded and stacked coins of Dunhill De Luxe Navy Rolls in one of my original estate buys a beat up Savinelli Deluxe #127. I don't smoke this pipe very often as the bowl is usually too large for the length of time I plan to smoke. When I do smoke it, it's almost always PA. I picked it for the tobacco of the month for this reason as the Dunhill Coins are rather large. This is only the second bowl of this tobacco I have smoked and so far I like it quite a bit. It has a nice mild honeylike sweetness to it and produces a fair amount of smoke.

That is a Very nice looking Savinelli IMO and I sure hope your sitting down by the end of that bowl of tobacco. I know that when I load 3 in my Savinelli 622KS I need to chill for about 10 to 20 min after i am done with the bowl of 3. However last one didn't seem to have that much affect. I think it was because I had just had a nice dinner with huge cake as dessert.

Smoke on.
James
