I pick up stewed fruit and raisin, but I've heard others describe tropical fruit. Chocolate. Earth. Quite a bit of spice. No topping, all from the tobacco. I'm having trouble not steady sipping on it because I keep getting more. This is the most complex yet balanced baccy I've ever smoked. I only wish I wasn't broke and could order more.

Hans is a cool guy to deal with. You place your order on his site, then he emails you (I did this part preemptively as I knew shipping was not correct) with your invoice subtracting tax but adding actual shipping. He accepts a certain common form of payment we all use so no messing with WU. Only downside is the wait for shipping, but those of us who order cigars from overseas are already accustomed to that. He has a new blend called Scotney that you can add to the order afterwards as well since it isn't listed on the site yet. Very straightforward. No language barrier. Great guy. Awesome baccy. Right now smoking some SHPC Great Hiatus in my Arlington pipe. This does have the classic taste of Hearth & Home that i love so much. I will report that I have had a few bowls of the Semois in a few different pipes. Interesting pipe tobacco for sure.
