I almost ordered one... kind of promising myself to keep all future pipe purchases under $200 for a while.
Tobacco Pipe Collectors 2015 Pipe Of The Year by Eric Gainey!
If you wouldn't mind doing a review or report on it when you get a chance that would rock. I've been eyeing these since the announcement and am curious how they are before shelling out the coin. Thanks!Just got the mail, No words are necessary

Can I do this using a overproof rum(120 to 151 proof)? Or is Everclear an even higher proof alcohol?@Griz
Hey Griz, I got the same one!- arrived the other day. Do yourself a favor- run a pipe cleaner with a little everclear through that stem before you smoke it. Let me know what you find when you do. I ALWAYS do this with any NEW pipe I buy. Let me know.
Thanks
You can but you might taste it in your smokes. I prefer everclear because it's so high in proof that evaporates quickly and has no taste. Can I do this using a overproof rum(120 to 151 proof)? Or is Everclear an even higher proof alcohol?
Same here. Can really see myself getting in to that brown whiskey barrel poker! If you wouldn't mind doing a review or report on it when you get a chance that would rock. I've been eyeing these since the announcement and am curious how they are before shelling out the coin. Thanks!
Dagner said its good as a break-time pipe. 15 minutes or so. My poker from them is a good value I felt.Same here. Can really see myself getting in to that brown whiskey barrel poker!
You'd be surprised...I had never heard of running an Everclear-soaked cleaner through the stem of a new pipe. I do it to all my pipes every 5 or 6 bowls to keep it fresh.
