Wrapper aromas: Raisins, Sour milk, Vanilla, Barnyard.
One of the most pleasing mouth feels of any cigar anywhere, with its unusual long narrow form factor and torpedo cap. Seamless wrapper of beauty. Cold draw a tad snug but opened to an ideal slight resistance upon lighting.
This is a pleasure to retrohale. Uniform light gray ash easily holds for an inch before I get nervous about it.
There is a hint of tar at the cut, at the 1/3 mark. I'll try to just ignore it.
Flavors are the raisin, buttermilk, less than a hint of pepper on the retro (so smooth!). I'm pairing it with nothing at all. I just want this. Only this.
Since Spanks mentioned foot smoke in his astute review above, I'll mention the abiding sweetness of the room note on this stick; I'm jealous of the people sitting next to me
I may be forced to slot this just above the La Ricky. But JUST barely. I may have to smoke another Ricky to be sure.
