My fellow BOTLs.... first on behalf of the @Famous Smoke and our retail store team I want to apologize for the issues surrounding this week’s promotion. We had a misunderstanding by one of the retail associates, who appears to have packed up the wrong padron 1926 in some orders.
I have personally just completed an audit of all of the receipts, and we will automatically be sending out the correct padron 1926 40th to those that were sent the wrong stick. Additionally, we will be including a few additional sticks, just because. This was truly an honest mistake. We are committed to customer service and will correct this.
If anyone has additional concerns, please PM me and I'll work to correct it.
