...or a him-a-dor, lolDefinitely bring a her-a-dor. The money you spend on the thing, you'll save 5X by avoiding the crazy cigar mark up. Plus, you'll have a herf-a-dor!
Enjoy the cruise, brother! Wear sunscreen.
Have fun! Sounds great

I have sailed on that very ship. And it is absolutely awesome. Fantastic ship, and be prepared to get lost at least once. Have fun!Starting this Saturday, ZippoGeek is out of the building for a week. Four years removed from our last vacation, the wife and I are taking the boy on a 7-day cruise Saturday for his graduation, along with some old friends. First stop is Nassau in the Bahamas on Sunday. Sadly, the Graycliff Cigar Factory is only open M-F!At least there's "Cigars Under the Stars" on the upper deck every night. Not sure if I feel like dragging a herf-a-dor with me, so I think we'll just shell out $18 ea for Macanudos.
The ship itself is the world's largest passenger vessel, Oasis of the Seas -- longer than a Nimitz class super carrier!I'm thinking there's gonna be Internet access, albeit at a steep price. So my contact with BOTL will probably be limited. I'm gonna miss you guys...

Find the LCDH in Marigot if you have the time. Will be on opposite of island from where you land buy a short cab ride. I was just there in February and Carole had some gems hiding out!St. Maarten = guava berry coladas!![]()
They average 15 - 18 normal price in my neck of the woods anyway.I will go against the grain here & say go for the Macanudos! Sheeeiiittt, at $18 per, thats a no-brainer!
/sarc
Seriously though, have a great time & create some great memories!
.
Thanks for the tips brother! And no one better be bombin' me!!Have a great time!!! Not a fan of Nassau on a cruise. Like @Cigary43 said, the riffs try to get a hold of you to take you to their huts and sell you their Cuban fakes. Don't get me wrong, some of their stuff is nice. But don't get suckered into it. If you're not doing an excursion, go a block into town and walk around. The only ones that would bother you there is maybe a hairdresser or two that would want to braid the girl's hair. Other than that, it's a whole new world there and people leave you alone. More pleasant time to shop and enjoy everything.
Never been to St. Maarten, but have seen plenty of youtube videos like this one with the fun you could have holding on to a fence lmao.
Ohh, and hope your mailbox will survive a week of non-stop mailbox attacks.....
PS - save your $$$$ and buy yourself a decent sized herf-a-dor for your sticks to bring with you on the trip. And take a lot of pics!!!! Oh and have fun!!!
WTH....is that me in the orange checkered shirt and ball cap???? I distinctly remember the airplane!Have a great time!!! Not a fan of Nassau on a cruise.
