How is everyone doing with Helene? We did okay with minimal issues.

I was up in Canada on business earlier this week and brought this “souvenir” back with me. I went to bed feeling fine on Wednesday night and woke up in the middle of the night feeling crappy.

Not feeling too bad now and just went to urgent care a little while ago to get some paxlovid.

I spoke to my co-workers in Nashville this morning and they said they are seeing a bunch of rain. I guess they even cancelled school which is funny to me since they don’t let the kids out here in MN unless there is 8” of snow or it is -20* outside.

Just found out that the company I work for is going to lay off 20% of their employees. They didn't tell us. I read it in my news feed when I woke up this morning.
