Doing carpool for my kid's friends. The school's bus drivers went on an unannounced walk out. So, kids are waiting at school as two coaches try to get them all home.

Some kids won't get home until 8:00 tonight.

Haven't been around in a bit... work has been kicking my ass - we are trying to get this national certification type thing for my department which is a big enough deal but an even bigger pain... Plus I am always deciding that I need a new project without ever completing the previous one so that stuff stacks up as well lol.

I was just happy to be able to log in here and pick up where I left off! Glad to see the wheels haven't fallen off here!

I found out Tuesday night that my father had passed. I spent yesterday trying to sort through his stuff for usable paperwork to get his estate in order. But, he was a hoarder. So, seven 30 gallon bags of trash and four hours later, no luck finding anything useful.

Oh, and today I woke up with a nasty cold.
