Beautiful street scene from your porch. Looks like a great place to smoke your pipe if you had a propane heater.

That’s not a half bad idea. I just ordered a new duct setup for my office so hopefully that’ll finish off essentially excluding it from the rest of the house and I can smoke in there. I’ve been meaning to grab one of those tower propane heaters for the porch I might have to talk the wife into that here soon.
