Finally watched The wolf man! pretty good.

I have yet to see a Benicio Del Toro film not worth watching.

Oh, wait, the one with Alicia Silverstone. THAT ONE!

Basquiat, Traffic, Usual Suspects...and THE WAY OF THE GUN!

very underrated movie.

Sam Peckinpah would have been proud!

Ok, so I am a film geek, so shoot me! :tongueout :computer:

I thought The Last Airbender was entertaining. Not great, but entertaining. To be fair, I have never seen the cartoon, and have had absolutely no interest in ever doing so; so I really had nothing to compare the movie to. Maybe that helped.
I'm with you on that one, I watched it Saturday night and did enjoyed it!

Guys the three year animated series kicked butt, the movie only covered the first season and left out a ton of good stuff. I'm surprised you were able to follow the story I thought for sure people unfamiliar with the original would be lost.

Eh, the storyline wasn't that complex. Earth, air, fire and water. Fire is bad. One guy can control all four, but fire doesn't like that. That pretty much sums it up, right? :)

Saw The Expendables last night and loved it! If you're looking for deep character development and thought-provoking dialogue, this is NOT the movie for you. But, if you want to see gratuitous violence with large groups of people getting shot up, stabbed, beaten down, and in some cases exploding into tiny gooey bits, then The Expendables is right up your alley!
We watched it this weekend alon with "Grownups". Loved both of them!!:applause::applause:

Watched a couple family movies: Shrek Forever After, and The Sorceror's Apprentice. Shrek was definitely the better of the two, but both were good.

Watched Jonah Hex a few days ago. Not as good as I had hoped, but still entertaining.

Watched Inception tonight as 18 inches of snow fell outside. Great movie! The zero gravity in the hotel reminded me of so many dreams I've had!

The Town, pretty good even though there were a few slow moments. I'd recommend it.
