I find the smaller the better! Less filler, more wrapper. I have had the BHK52 and the BHK54. Like the 52 much better!

I've only had one, a 52. It was great, but not enough flavor to be worth the cost (based on just that one stick). The Trinidad Robusto T that I had a couple days ago was better--I really need to find a box of those!

BHK54 beats 52 and 56 for me ... just a fantastic smoke!
i wouldve thought you wouldve picked the 56 just by your name :stretchgr

i havent tried any yet, but i got the 52's based on reviews ive read, and the fact that I prefer smaller RG's in general is why i picked 52.

I have only smoked 1 52, and it was epic. Again, haven't smoked the others, so for whatever that is worth.

I have smoked other Cohibas with a variety of ages on them, and the BHK 52 layed them to waste.....but totally different.

You should ask TripleLigero over at OLH if you have Cuban questions!

:widemouth:eyequiver:headroll:

Well it probably wouldn't take a whole heckuva lot for em to "say" they're still made with that leaf....even if it were at a fraction of what was used in the initial releases..

Funny how these things can manifest themselves. Not sure there will be any hard evidence one way or the other...just curious is all.

Either way, some 54s showed up at my doorstep last night!

I had the opportunity to smoke a number of behikes in Cuba last week.

I have to revise my pick to the BHK 54. Good size and has that signature cohiba taste on steroids.

Right now, 90% of El Laguito production is BHKs. They are rolling cigars with medio tempo.

I've found the 52 to be head and shoulders above the other two, just wish it didn't end so quickly.
That's why I picked the 54. Decent sized cigar. Not a bad ring gauge. The 52 just ends too shortly as you are getting into it. YOu have to smoke them 2 at a time. Great marketing strategy though.

I have had, in order, the 56, 54, 52, and another 54. The first three were all great, but I'd have to give a slight edge to the 56 in terms of flavor and construction. The second 54 I had (from a reliable yet different vendor) was actually quite disappointing. It didn't have any of the flavors that wow'd me from the first three BHK's I smoked.

For the record, I don't like any of the sizes. Hey Habanos SA, give us the BHK in a Laguito No. 1 format!

That would be awesome!!!!!!! Please make a lancero format of this blend.
