Been smoking cigars since 1980. My tastes are all over the map. Some things I enjoyed, I no longer do. But, there are some smokes that endure. I think that too many brands try to keep the same blend in a particular line, but the constituent tobaccos are not quite the same, so the cigars are actually different from year to year. A couple that have endured are the Punch Rothschild and the El Rey del Mundo Robusto. I have had sticks purchased in the past two years that transported me back to my college days in their flavor profile, amazing that they still are as so similar. I had the first of a box of ERdM Robustos while walking one day and I was just amazed, I hadn't had one in about 20 years, and it was like I was smoking one from ages past - wonderful.
