Another great back and tri workout this morning. I've been really good about my diet too and can already feel my clothes fitting so much better again

Good back workout last night, dumbbell bent over row increase. Skipped out on cardio tho will have to make up for it tonight on chest day

Being recently single and having no valentine this year me and my workout partner decided to delay tonight's drinking and do a 11pm valentines workout. The gym literally had 10 people in the whole place, this picture only shows about half the gym. Was a ghost town.

Just completed a great leg workout and short cardio session. About to start week 4 of my new routine and I've only had about 2 cheat days where I didn't stick to a healthy day of eating. Feeling great so far but still have a few more weeks to go before my body fat % gets down enough so I can really start narrow in my certain muscle areas.

How's everyone else doing?

Started out with a 3.1 mile run in order to get points in Alex's scavenger hunt contest. Then worked chest and bi's hard.

For breakfast I'm having an omlet filled with turkey, kale, and salsa. Yum!

Last week was a bad week for me. Got sick and threw my back out...not sure how. Anyway, along with that we had our kitchen re-modeled so my eating was off course as well.

Back feeling a little better, so back in the gym tomorrow to get back on the horse for the next two weeks and then a two week business trip to screw me up.

Woke up this morning and felt like I was hit by a truck. I think my leg workout on Sunday finally caught up with me. Took it a little easy in the gym (mostly because I had no energy). I'll take the day off tomorrow and just to some stretching to rest my body.

No legs Monday, Sunday was a really busy day at work and somehow tweaked something in my knee and calf. I think I pinched something via sciatica. Still a little numb behind the knee so looks like no leg work this week. Hitting chest today. G1
