Lifted heavy yesterday.

Today my wife is going to put me through the same workout her personal trainer put her through yesterday, looks like a lot of compound exercises (a'la crossfit) and a ridiculous amount of ab work. I expect to be sore tomorrow.

Mixed it up today with 3 tricep exercises, then went into a cross-fit type workout of 10 dips, 10 pull ups then run 1/4 mile in less than 2 mins with 30 seconds in between movements.. DId that 3 times, then went into 3 bicep exercises.

Finished off with some ab exercises. hang from the chinup bar and raise straight legs til heels are pointing at the floor. repeat 10 times. NExt, Hang from chinup bar and swing straight legs in a clockwise circle with 6 o'clock being the start position and 12 oclock being legs at 90 degrees with torso where heels are pointing at the wall infront of you. Rotate legs in a circle from 6 o'clock to to 9 oclock to 12 oclock to 3 oclock to six oclock. Rotate legs counter-clockwise when you complete the first circle. Repeat 10 times

Yeah, today was day six in a row for me. I'm kinda tired. I do, however, think I'm going to box again tomorrow instead of taking the day off which means kickboxing Friday and Warrior Dash on Saturday, so looks like I'll go nine days.

If it was another tough mudder, I'd take tomorrow off, but Warrior Dash is only 3.5 miles. Shouldn't be too bad, even tired.

Finally, a day off for me. TOmorrow is a long run, for me anyhow, and some more ab work. Trying to make a solid effort for the washboard stomach...at age 37...it's a tough road, and the beer today doesn't help at all...but Zycor does!!!

15 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes on the eliptical and 20 minutes of stretching.

Trying to get my cardio and flexibility back. Gonna go this for the next 3 weeks and then start to hit the weights...

40 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes of stretching and finished the ab ripper x session. Good to be back
Ab ripper X...the dude is so gay, but man, that's a killer 16 minutes.
It is freaking hard to start on ab ripper X again. The pause button was well used. LOL. Gonna do it again tomorrow. Every other day..... BLAH!!!!

Nothing! And I'm kinda bummed by it.

Worked out nine days in a row, culminating with running the Warrior Dash yesterday and then COMPLETELY blowing my diet afterwards. Need to give the body a break, I've got a hard week lined up and don't want to get hurt because the body isn't getting any chance for recovery.
