been getting a ton of help from a BOTL...but tonight I made up my own routine:
Workout - shoulders
-superset: lateral raise, front raise, shrugs (4x)
-superset: seated shoulder press, overhead medicine ball throw (like a press) (4x)
-superset: hammer curl to semi-shoulder press (read about in Men's Health), one arm row (3x)
-balance ball squat with med ball (squat on balance ball with platform, touch med ball to floor, then press to ceiling) (3x)
-20 mins of intervals on cross trainer
trying some new supplements... BCAAs and that type of stuff.
prob won't post here everyday but I'm on the right track.
