Callaway Gardens is about an hour and a half west of me. Easy drive.
Gibbs Gardens, not so much of an easy drive, but I wanna head up that way eventually.

I hear the fireworks in Bama are like none other.

Yea Gibbs is kind of a scenic drive route up to the Smokeys and Ashville NC from the Atlanta area.

Had to be at work at 0500. That shit is for the birds. On the upside I went on a hike with my kid yesterday and got my hands on that Liga Privada 10th Anniversaro. So, eh, decent weekend overall.

Amazing campus. The town is very nice. At least the parts I saw. No trash, no homeless, no gangstas, very clean, nice restaurants....I could move there in a heartbeat.

We shall see. Now that most of the Pac 12 is in the ACC and Big 10 things are gonna be interesting.
Cal is at Auburn for week 2. Tickets start at $43 so I might go see that game even though I'm 99.9% sure Auburn will destroy them.
Oh...and the 12 team playoffs this season. Finally!

Yeah, but that was a few years back. Last year before we got here, one touched down on the other side of the highway about 15 minutes from us.

A couple of years ago the building I had my business in was sold and replaced by a McDonalds. Couple of weeks ago the McDonalds was hit by the tornado that passed through Slidell
