My tea making process

I've been doing some reading around the web on tea because i have some really cool teas on the way. So I've been reading up on whats coming etc.

As i was going through info on Rougui(Cassia) tea that i have coming i came across a pretty cool tea forum. Anyways, reason i bring this up is because a few guys have asked for sources on tea and when you just start googling tea for sale you get very limited results.

So this forum i stumbled into put up a list of suppliers that look interesting. I checked out some teas that they have and each one offers something different. Not cheap of course, but if you are looking to plunge a bit then you can start here:

Now keep in mind i get my tea from overseas so i do not have any history buying at these places, but i thought i would share a solid looking starting point for anybody wanting to try some new teas and not be limited to Teavana or other mainstream vendors. (Nothing against Teavana)

My wife is an English/Irish Breakfast Tea junkie. I'm a green tea dude with the occasional mint tea. We have a trusty kettle we clean every few months (boil vinegar and water in kettle, rinse it out).

As we are house sitting for my in-laws currently, they have the hot water dispenser in the sink that is instatly ready. I find myself drinking more with that little gadget.

I was the same way you just haven't found the right tea. What is your favorite coffee? And how do you take it?

The process hasn't changed other than I use a cast iron put with what I think is ceramic inside.

I've gotten more accurate at steeping to my preference which just comes in time

I've never explored that much in the coffee realm, except for various keurig stuff. I like stuff that's bold though. I'm cream only now and can't stand sugar anymore. Currently drinking maxwell house, lol.

Maxwell house is ok, now had you said Sanka I'd be worried. As for tea have you tried English breakfast? Also that stuff in the grocery store is ok but loose leaf is better

I'll give it a try. My wife drinks tea so I can always pawn it off to her. Besides iced tea that I don't care for, I haven't had hot tea in years.

Trying some puerh tea recently. But iv been drinking a lot of earl grey w/ lavender. Also a golden dragon yellow tea from teavana.
