We're always asking for something different. Can you make that but only with rounded box corners to make a soft box press?
The answer just hit me... Just press it less with the same press and it will have round corners and less square. I like mine sharp so I crank it down.

You fermented it a second time? How did you go about that? How did it turn out?
Wet it, drained it, rolled it up tightly, packed it up tightly, kept it in a darkish place and checked it every couple days until the sourness and ammonia were gone. Might not be technically re-fermentation, but it changes the leaf a lot, in a way I want. Removes the green flavors, darkens the leaf, adds a bit of flexibility and strength.
