OMG, I have an old aunt who STILL busts out the silver tree and the spotlight with the color wheel every year. Lol, I bet she could probably get some good money from some retro hipster for that thing now.I grew up with fake, my daughter & wife insist on a real one each year; usually one we've cut from a tree farm.
I recall my grandparents having a silver aluminum tree, it sat on a mirrored base & rotated with colored lights & played music.
I like that. We put charlie brown christmas on and when they dance we all dance around like they do. We all end up busting a gut by the end of it.Real tree. Ever since my daughter was born. I saw a piece of the stump off, let it dry, burn the date on it, hang them all up. Have to start some traditions
That's really cool! May have to reconsider the plans when there's little ones running around.Real tree. Ever since my daughter was born. I saw a piece of the stump off, let it dry, burn the date on it, hang them all up. Have to start some traditions
HAHAHAH.. they best part about the real tree is going to pick it out with the fam.... especially if you cut it down yourself. There have been years that I make a cocktail before I put it the stand because momma always says it's crooked and I gotta fix that sucker.Last time I checked, the Nazis loved fake tress too..... Also the Taliban and communists.....
REAL ALL THE WAY!
