I heard that this one is quite good for sub $30. Would you say that it has depth to it? I have it on my radar but there is just so much bourbon out there for me to try. I actually, for the first time if you can believe it, tried a snifter of Knob Creek Small Batch at JR Cigars in NJ. I found it to have some nice depth for such a widely known bourbon. No offense but I've always grouped standard Makers Mark and Knob Creek in the same category of the typical mass produced, and often traditional bourbon taste, with little dimension. I was happy to be wrong with Knob Creek. Still haven't had Makers Mark, but I do own a bottle of Maker's 46 (which I adore)

Just got a bottle of some Willet pot still reserve and a half gallon of larceny. My local bevmo is loaded on some htf bourbons. no blantons though. enjoyed the larceny in a some old fashioneds, willet with some football sunday. dandy stuff.
