Honestly at first I was significantly underwhelmed by the blue label. But it has opened very nice with just a hint of salt and smoke on the finish.

Got a new Barrell single barrel pick, this one has a 99% corn mash bill. It's interesting, less sweet and "corny" than I anticipated. Jury is out, we'll see how it opens up.
