Picking up where I left off yesterday:
Aging Room m356ii (#14 on Cigar Afficianados Top 25 of 2016) smoked last night. First maybe 1/6th was a tad bit bitter, but after that it smoked pretty well. Not a huge fan of most of Aging Rooms stuff. I like the F55 and F55 Maduro a lot more than this m356ii. Not a bad smoke just not my personal preference. Maybe a little higher on the list then I'd like to see especially given some of the other cigars below this one.
La Aroma De Cuba Mi Amor (#13 on Cigar Afficianados Top 25 of 2016) smoked today on the ride home from work. I used to. Love these alot they used to be one of my personal top 10's but then my pallet adjusted to different probably better cigars and I haven't smoked these as frequent. Pretty good cigar made by Ashton, but there is a noticeable drop off between Ashton branded cigars and this. Still not a bad smoke. Maybe a little high on the list as well, but resonably placed imo.
Casa Turrent Serie 1901 (#12 on Cigar Afficianados Top 25 of 2016) smoking right now. I like this cigar alot it's definatly one if the more unknown brands on the list, but definatly deservant of a spot on the list.. Anyone that hasn't come across one of these shoukd try it atleast once. Not "a must try", but whatever is a couple notches down after "a must try" that's what this is. A couple personal notes from last experience that I have with these is that the tobacco at the end cap is pretty darn tight. I'd recommend clipping this down a little further then you'd normally clip it at (maybe and extra 1/8" or so). Also, these are much much better after a couple months of rest on the old humidor. Almost like completly different cigars.
