What did you think of those?
I really enjoy this cigar, but I do like many HdMs so I'm not surprised. It starts out with lots of creamy mild smoke but progresses to a medium bodied smoke with some flavor transitions along the way. This one had about 3 years of age on it. Another year or so and I think it will be great.

Day launched with a Dominican Repulbic Cohiba - Red Dot, in Churchill size. These Cigar are normally perfectly constructed, but if you look close at the "foot" area, it is a little crooked. After straight cutting the "cap" area what a trade tight to my liking, so a little help from my "PerfecDraw" it opened up , and air flowed nice, draw I'm proved.:cigar: After fixeing the Cigar up (light-up) it burned even, and for a nice even ash. I like a nice long semitrical ash because I tend to let ashes get long, as the keeps the hot part of the foot area cooler, producing cooler smoke, with more flavor. JMHO.:sneaky:

This is a Medium - Strongish blend that has a great flavor profile I would call earthy, with hits of nuts, leather, and slight of spiciness. :cigar: This Cigar is a nice compliment to my morning strong black coffee.

Almost gone, it was a very good Cigar. IMHO. :D
I have heard a lot of nevative reviews on the Cohiba Red Dot. Truth is, imo, they are a solid smoke albeit overpriced. I smoked a bunch of these 3 years ago when I was newer, would still smoke them now. Nuts and wood is how I recall them tasting. I remember it was the first stick I ever nubbed and was impressed how the flavor did not deteriorate til the very end. The Cohiba Black Red Dot is also damn good in spite of a tight draw.
