I feel your pain. My bulk was cruel in that regard. As long as you can do the "pec pop" that is all that matters.

Was gonna take the weekend off, but felt off today after skipping yesterday, so, cardio, legs, and abs it is for Sunday!

Slacked off yesterday, only workout was my last PT session, now I can do real leg days! Started the morning off with 30 minutes on the treadmill, abs on my down time at work, and later on, shoulders and arms!

Started on the treadmill, legs were cooked and weren't gonna hold out, so I switched to the elliptical, 45 minutes overall!

35 minutes of morning cardio! It's also chest and tricep day! No PT, so I'm gonna try a 6 day rotation, so I can hit everything twice a week!

30 minutes on the elliptical before work, ab workout at work, and digesting lunch for a while after I get home, I'm hitting my back and biceps!

Haha! I'm recovering from a weekend Vegas vacation which lasted a day longer due to a canceled flight. :ROFLMAO: I'll be back at it in the morning.
