5 minute break

15 minutes of intervals on the stationary pedal thing.

Light weight, but still pushing the heart rate a little. The Neurologist said that becoming more symptomatic doesn't do any damage. It may take more time for symptoms to fade if you push further, but that doesn't mean you're not recovering.
