Hope everything is okay, Tom.I did back last Friday, then missed a couple days with a touch of blood in my urine. Legs Monday, chest yesterday, back today.
Me too, Carlos, thank you. I'm glad it stopped after Friday, but I'm going to make an appointment with a urologist to see what's up.Hope everything is okay, Tom.
That is when you know, without a doubt, you did back properly.I did back last Friday, then missed a couple days with a touch of blood in my urine. Legs Monday, chest yesterday, back today.
I wanted to use the emoji for the first part of your post, but then the one for the rest, Mike! That is when you know, without a doubt, you did back properly.
On a serious note, take it easy until you know what it is. I thought I had just overworked my lower back. Later had the physical therapist and a doc tell me I got lucky and survived Rhabdo without medical treatment.
The lethargy, bloody urine, and locking joints should have been a warning they said.
At first I just thought I was tired from working out and switching from night shift to day walking for vacation. Then it felt like I had the flu. Then I could barely stay awake.I wanted to use the emoji for the first part of your post, but then the one for the rest, Mike!
Glad you survived the Rhando you didn't even know you had. I've trained back again since then, no blood after any workouts. I'm still researching a specialist to check everything out before I have a problem again.
